How long will I have access to my courses?
Courses must be taken within 6 months of registration date. After 6 months, courses will automatically expire and will not be accessible.

How do I receive my course completion certificate and how do my hours get submitted for credit?
Once you pass the in-person proctored final exam, you will be issued your course completion certificate.
The school will notify the state that you successfully passed the pre-licensing course.

What is the refund policy?
Refunds are available up to 30 calendar days after the date of enrollment. To request a refund, contact our online training partner
